Janet Javaheri
After graduating magna cum laude from UCLA, Janet worked as an insurance adjuster for one of the biggest insurance companies in Southern California, which is where she first developed her passion for personal injury law.
Janet graduated from Loyola law school, and served as a paralegal for another major insurance company, where she was soon offered the prestigious position of in-house defense trial attorney. She aggressively handled a wide variety of auto accident, motorcycle accident, slip and fall and dog bite cases, among others.
Janet’s unique insight into both sides of the personal injury world gives her a rare advantage in negotiating, as she now litigates against the insurance companies as a Plaintiff’s attorney and advocate.
Janet has a proven reputation for success and an established track record of obtaining the best possible results for her clients.
When she’s not working, Janet enjoys spending time with her husband and three beautiful children.
Halleh Yafeh
Halleh graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, where she had the opportunity to work for both Senator Feinstein and Mayor Hahn’s offices, as well as Krakow & Kaplan, LLP, a prominent Los Angeles class action law firm. As a diplomatic history major and Spanish language minor, Halleh developed a passion for pursuing justice and mediating conflicts.
Halleh received a full scholarship to UCLA law school, where she found a love of personal injury law, even setting the curve in her torts class. Following law school, Halleh worked at world-renowned law firm Latham & Watkins, LLP, where she became a seasoned litigator and fought for many low-income pro bono clients. Halleh also worked at Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, gaining an understanding of the insurance world.
Halleh‘s expert negotiating skills and mastery of Spanish make her a valuable asset to the firm, allowing her to fight for a wide variety of clients every step of the way.
When she isn’t practicing law, Halleh is devoted to fitness and spending time with her husband and three amazing children.
